DHL is currently suspending several Shipping Options. Most Rates will stay the same within Germany and Europe. International Orders may be contacted for their processing - additional costs may occur. You are welcome to contact us before placing your order for exact Shipping Rates. Please note: We simply pass on the regular DHL rates. We assume this is only a temporary issue and therefore won't change the Rates in our Webshop.

We will participate at the KNIFE2020 Online Exhibition. During the Exhibition Economy Shipping within Germany is Free. Other Shipping options can be decreased correspondingly. Use code "KNIFE2020" in your order process. This applies to all requests during the period – even if processing takes additional time. DHL just reduced its rates. Starting from 1st of May 2020 Shipping rates for Standard Shipping within Germany is only € 4,99.  

Answering your requests may take a few additional days. Given the current situation and the corresponding need for social distancing all over the world, we face an overwhelming receipt of new requests. We always try to cover your mails in a satisfying way - checking our stock, taking pictures + dimensions etc. takes efforts and time. So, please be patient in these troublesome times. We have added the option to choose between multiple languages. Hopefully this will make it easiler for you to navigate on our Webshop. You can choose your language on the top right ! The translation is machine-made and hence not perfect. We will keep working on this issue. English will stay the first language for our Webshop.
