Bog Oak - Stabilized (Acryl)
Stabilized wood is solid, dense, doesn't absorb water/humidity and polishes nicely.
Two toned Bog Oak approx. 2600 years old - nicely contrasted.
Bog Oak comes from Oak trees sunken into Moor thousands of years ago. Minerals and natural Iron tannines causes the wood to develop black/dark-brown colors. Age of this wood is not necessarily correlated to the color.
We have selected very interesting and unique two-toned (brown and black) pieces.
